Join us for a walk through the streets of the Groningen city center after dark. We will transport you back to times gone by and tell tales of terror to chill your very soul. You may know Groningen as a friendly town, but it has secrets hiding behind the facades of student houses and pleasant shop fronts.

Against the backdrop of the old storehouses along the deeps, we will share stories of revenge, shady deals made with disreputable parties, good intentions turned awry, and lost love, health and coin.

Our classic tales and urban legends are drawn from both documented and contemporary lives of fellow Stadjers and offer a unique opportunity to discover where history meets mystery.

Together we will follow in the footsteps of the haunted and their spirits, through narrow alleyways and ancient churchyards, and along a series of tower clocks and pub cellars, where we will reveal the tragedies that have occurred there. You might never see Groningen in the same light again.

Dress up warmly against the cold autumn air.  Or could it be the icy hand of death waiting around the next corner? Do you dare to walk along?
